BidBlind is an independently operated digital service based in India. By using the site or purchasing placement, you agree to these terms. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout and is the legal seller for those transactions.

What you purchase

Each successful payment immediately purchases time-limited, dynamic digital promotional placement in one BidBlind round. Rank is based on cumulative successful purchases. Your position may fall whenever another participant purchases more placement. Exact participant spend stays hidden during the live round and is published after reveal.

BidBlind is not a deposit, investment, prize, lottery, wager, or winner-only auction. Money is never redistributed to participants, and placement does not guarantee traffic, sales, or any other business result.

Payments and refunds

You authorize the exact amount displayed at Dodo Payments checkout. Dodo Payments handles checkout, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, and payment disputes under its terms. A lower final rank or a rank decrease is not a reason for a refund. Late, duplicate, erroneous, and technically failed transactions are handled under the Refund Policy, without limiting rights that applicable law gives you.

Who may participate

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for a business or project, authorized to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, destination, and contact details.

Your content

You keep ownership of your name, logo, tagline, and links. You grant BidBlind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, archive, moderate, and promote the BidBlind board. You promise that you have the necessary rights and that your content and destination comply with the Advertising Policy and Content Policy.

Fair use and enforcement

Do not manipulate payments or rankings, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, probe private payment data, interfere with the service, or evade moderation. BidBlind may pause payments, reject or hide unsafe content, suspend access, preserve audit records, and correct technical errors. Removal for a content or conduct violation does not ordinarily reverse placement already delivered.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. BidBlind does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular advertising outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidBlind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms prospectively; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply to purchases made after the updated terms are posted.
