1. Buy placement

Enter a project, website, email, and amount. A completed payment immediately purchases digital promotional placement in the current 48-hour round.

2. Watch rank—not spend

Your rank is your cumulative successfully paid promotional weight, highest first. You may add more without a raise limit. Everyone sees positions and movement; nobody sees live amounts. Your rank can fall whenever another participant spends more.

3. The board freezes

Server time closes checkout creation at the displayed deadline. A short CLOSING period verifies payments already completed. Payments genuinely completed after the deadline receive no rank credit and enter the late-payment refund workflow.

4. Reveal

The final amounts become public. Every paid listing stays in the archive, the top three enter the Hall of Fame, and those sponsors are eligible for feature placement in the following round.
